“As soon as I stepped foot here, I knew I was in the right place. My mother-in-law went into hospice last year and we received so much support during that time. To have gone through that and then end up at St. Francis, I feel like I'm here for a purpose. This is my 'why.' I believe in the mission and vision. I work with people who are working so hard and passionate about what they do. Even at the leadership level, people here care so much. I've been here for four months but it feels like I've been here forever. I know I am exactly where I need to be.”
